OUR HEALTH IS OUR WEALTH - Home

Our project will seek to promote good health in our schools. This will cover various aspects of health promotion including diet, fitness while looking at ways to promote good general health for both body and mind. This holistic approach will seek to inform children of the value of good health so as to establish good practice for their future lives. This is done in light of the stark reality of childhood obesity across the EU. We will share good practice for example in areas such as cooking, sports and mindfulness and learn from our project partners in an educational yet fun way. We will also seek to establish strong links between schools and their pupils as they share their unique experiences using digital and traditional means of communication. We will also introduce the children to the other partner languages in areas such as food and common greetings/sayings.
